臺(tái)式掃描電子顯微鏡ZEM15與傳統(tǒng)大型(落地式)掃描電子顯微鏡相比,臺(tái)式掃描電鏡具有體積小巧、操作簡(jiǎn)便、價(jià)格便宜、快速抽真空等優(yōu)勢(shì),臺(tái)式掃描電子顯微鏡分辨力能滿足多數(shù)材料的顯微(微米,甚至納米級(jí)別)觀察。臺(tái)式掃描電子顯微鏡填bu了光學(xué)顯微鏡與傳統(tǒng)大型掃描電子顯微鏡之間的分辨率空白區(qū)域,可廣泛應(yīng)用于材料科學(xué)、納米顆粒、生物醫(yī)學(xué)、法醫(yī)鑒定、食品藥品、紡織纖維、地質(zhì)科學(xué)等諸多領(lǐng)域。
臺(tái)式掃描電子顯微鏡,臺(tái)式掃描電鏡速度快,信號(hào)采集帶寬10M,可以在視頻模式下流暢實(shí)時(shí)的顯示樣品。只需鼠標(biāo)就可完成所有操作,不需對(duì)中光闌等復(fù)雜步驟,聚焦消像散后可直接拍圖。
主機(jī)集成高壓及控制系統(tǒng),體積小巧,便于移動(dòng),可出差攜帶,安裝無(wú)需特殊環(huán)境,只需找一張桌子,供電就可工作。
